Mark Malven to Speak at the State Bar of Michigan IT Law Section’s Annual Meeting & Seminar

Mark G. Malven, leader of Dykema’s Technology and Outsourcing Transactions practice, will serve as moderator of the State Bar of Michigan Information Technology Law Section’s Annual Meeting & Seminar. The seminar will take place at the Inn at St. John’s in Plymouth, Michigan on September 6. Dykema is sponsoring the event.

Malven, who is the author of the Practising Law Institute treatise, Technology Transactions: A Practical Guide to Drafting and Negotiating Commercial Agreements, will also serve on the panel for "Cloud Computing: Vendor and Customer Perspectives."
