Bonnie Mayfield, Detroit-based member of Dykema’s Litigation and Labor & Employment practices, and Chair of the International Association of Defense Counsel's (IADC) Diversity Committee, was quoted in the Society for Human Resource Management Employment Law section, “Is Mere Existence of Anti-Harassment Policy Enough to Win Disputes?”.

In her comments, Mayfield recommends that there should be several paths for registering harassment complaints within an organization.
