Robert M. Horwitz, Detroit-based attorney in the Firm’s Financial Services Litigation Practice Group, will co-present “Spotlight on CFPB: Your Compliance Management System and Response to Investigations and Enforcement” at the ACA International Annual Meeting and Expo in San Diego, California in mid-July 2013.

In this 90-minute presentation scheduled for Monday, July 15, Horwitz and his co-presenter will examine how those companies regulated by the CFPB should create and update their compliance management system in light of the new and more aggressive regulatory/supervisory environment. Horwitz and his fellow presenter will also outline best practices and strategies to manage a government investigation or inquiry smartly and efficiently.
