Luke Sosnicki to Address eNotes at MERS West Coast eMortgage Boot Camp

Luke Sosnicki, Los Angeles-based member in Dykema’s Financial Services Litigation Group, will serve as a featured speaker at the 2018 Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems (MERS) West Coast eMortgage Boot Camp, which takes place November 15 in Irvine California.

Luke will be co-presenting “eMortgage Preparedness: How to Answer Your Legal Team’s Questions.” The presentation will touch on the background knowledge organizations need to discuss eNotes, which have been enforced by courts, with their legal teams.
