Dan Stern Talks to Business News Daily About Investigating Workplace Incidents

Daniel R. Stern, San Antonio-based member of Dykema’s Labor and Employment practice group, was interviewed in the Business News Daily article, “How to Properly Handle a Workplace Investigation.”

Stern advises employers to respond promptly to employee complaints and to draw up a thorough plan of action which will not disrupt the office atmosphere. He stresses the importance of securing electronic evidence, and of periodically updating the accused parties on the progress of the investigation.
