Dykema, a leading national law firm, announces that four attorneys from its Chicago office were named Illinois Rising Stars 2010 by Law & Politics and the publishers of Chicago magazine. Law & Politics performs the polling, research, and selection of Super Lawyers and Rising Stars in a process designed to identify Illinois lawyers within 60 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The 2010 Illinois Rising Stars are Heather K. Aeschleman, Diana Y. Tsai, Rosa M. Tumialan and Renee L. Zipprich.

Heather K. Aeschleman concentrates her practice in commercial real estate lending, acquisitions and dispositions, and real estate development. Ms. Aeschleman represents institutional lenders in a variety of financing transactions, including construction loans, mezzanine loans, syndicated loans, credit enhancements, for-sale housing projects, unsecured lines of credit, condominium conversions and affordable housing loans.

Diana Y. Tsai is a Member in the Corporate Finance Group and is co-leader of the firm's Lending Team. She represents a wide range of institutional and non-institutional lenders and is experienced in structuring, documenting, negotiating and closing secured and unsecured loan transactions, including asset-based and cash-flow financing. Ms. Tsai has considerable experience in representing banks in single-lender loan transactions, as well as administrative agents and participating lenders in large multi-state syndicated credit facilities.

Rosa M. Tumialan is a litigator who compliments her practice with extensive judicial experience gained from clerkships in both the Illinois Appellate Court and the Chancery Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County. Ms. Tumialian represents clients in a variety of litigation and litigation related matters, including products liability, banking (federal and state regulations concerning consumer lending), general commercial litigation, insurance coverage disputes and environmental liability matters. She has tried cases in court and before arbitration panels.

Renee L. Zipprich'spractice focuses on commercial litigation matters, with a primary emphasis on complex consumer class action litigation, intellectual property, and antitrust and trade regulation. Prior to joining Dykema, Ms. Zipprich¡¯s practice focused on antitrust, employment discrimination, consumer fraud and shareholder actions. Ms. Zipprich is an active member of the American Bar Association, and has authored several articles on class action litigation.
