Hill Appointed Dykema General Litigation Practice Group Leader

Dykema, a leading national law firm, today announced that Thomas R. Hill has been appointed Practice Group Leader for the firm’s General Litigation practice group.

Hill concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, professional liability litigation, product liability litigation and other business litigation. He represents banks, finance companies and other public and private companies in contractual and credit disputes. In the commercial area, he has represented clients in a wide variety of contractual disputes, as well as Deceptive Trade Practices Act claims, securities litigation, lease disputes and construction disputes.

In the professional liability area, he has represented a variety of professionals, including attorneys, physicians, architects and engineers, in malpractice suits. He has also represented insurance companies and insurance brokers in various business litigation matters.

A resident of Wilmette, Hill received a B.A. from the University of Illinois and a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Dykema litigators in this practice represent entities such as municipalities and insurers in a wide variety of personal injury and commercial matters, including coverage disputes.
