WASHINGTON, D.C.—Dykema, a leading national law firm, today announced the addition of Heather C. Harker to its Corporate Finance Practice Group as Of Counsel in the firm's Washington, D.C. office.

Harker joins Dykema from Genworth Financial, Inc. where she was Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Capital Markets specializing in securities and insurance products. Prior to joining Genworth Financial, Inc. in November 2001, Harker was an attorney with Nationwide Financial, Inc. in Columbus, Ohio. She received a B.A. from Ohio State University, and a J.D. from The Capital University Law School.
