"Fredrick has an impressive track record in high-level, high-stakes litigation with a variety of companies," said Rex Schlaybaugh, Dykema’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. "The addition of a lawyer with his talents will add considerable depth to our already strong litigation team and underscores the firm’s commitment to expand our capabilities in this area."

"In light of the increasingly complex issues facing financial institutions, Fredrick’s experience with these businesses is particularly valuable in our current economic climate. His understanding of issues related to the changing economic environment and broad financial industry knowledge will provide significant value to our clients," said Craig Hentschel, managing member of the Los Angeles office. "We welcome him to the Los Angeles office and look forward to his contributions."
