Dykema Ranked No. 3 By Midwest Real Estate News

Dykema, a leading national law firm, today announced that it has earned the No. 3 ranking in Midwest Real Estate News’ annual poll of top Midwest real estate law firms.

According to Midwest Real Estate News, Dykema closed in excess of 1,080 real estate transactions in 2009, outperforming all but two of the 29 law firms ranked. Additionally, Dykema recorded over 215 transactions valued at more than $5 million. These rankings reflect transactions completed in the Midwest between January 1 and December 31, 2009.

Dykema’s ranking was comprised of a wide variety of transactional work that spanned 10 of the 12 Midwest states which were included in the survey by Midwest Real Estate News, including deals for commercial, land use, industrial, office buildings, shopping centers and multifamily properties.
