DETROIT—Kimberly A. Ross-Jessup has rejoined the law firm of Dykema Gossett PLLC as a Government Policy Advisor in the firm’s Lansing, Michigan office. Ms. Ross-Jessup is affiliated with the firm’s Regulated Industries practice and is responsible for developing clients’ legislative and regulatory strategies.

A Dewitt resident, Ross-Jessup focuses on public policy issues relating to health care, financial services, liquor regulations, gaming, taxation, transportation, economic development and environmental regulations.

Prior to rejoining Dykema, Ms Ross-Jessup was the Director of State Government Relations and Public Affairs for Pfizer Inc. Her work at Pfizer involved lobbying in the states of  Michigan and Wisconsin  She also chaired the Michigan PhRMA task force  for several years during her tenure as a lobbyist for the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Previously named as one of the top 100 individuals to watch during the new millennium by the Lansing State Journal, Ms. Ross-Jessup was an elected member of the Lansing Community College Board of Trustees, Ms. Ross-Jessup is a former Commissioner of the Michigan Health Information Technology (HIT) Commission, representing pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Ms. Ross-Jessup received her B.A. from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.  She is currently enrolled in Michigan State University’s Masters in Communications program.
