Kelly Preston is a senior attorney in Dykema's San Antonio office. She focuses her practice on litigation and labor and employment matters.
Kelly defends employers of all sizes and across all industries in all phases of employment law litigation in state and federal court. Additionally, Kelly represents employers in all aspects of mediation, arbitration, and settlement negotiations, and in federal and state agency proceedings. Moreover, she conducts workplace investigations and provides advice and counseling regarding compliance and time-sensitive employment matters.
