Nina Gavrilovic

Nina Gavrilovic is a member of Dykema's Product Liability and Class Action practice group. Nina works with domestic and international clients across a broad range of industries, including automotive, manufacturing, technology, consumer products, and professional services.

Her diverse practice focuses on complex litigation involving recall and warranty cost-recovery matters, automotive supplier disputes, product liability cases, premise liability actions, and medical malpractice matters. She has represented clients through all phases of litigation in both state and federal courts, as well as in a variety of alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

While in law school, Nina was the Editor-in-Chief of the University of Detroit Mercy Law Review during its Centennial edition. As a student, she participated in Moot Court and was a member of the Women's Law Caucus. Nina was a Dean Scholar for all three years of law school and achieved the top scholar award in Civil Procedure I & II, Applied Legal Theory and Analysis, Advanced Advocacy and in the Juvenile Appellate Clinic. She was also inducted into the Frank Murphy Honor Society for graduating in the top 10% of her class. Prior to joining Dykema, Nina spent nine months working for the Department of Homeland Security in the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor (OPLA).
