Rasul M. Raheem
Senior Counsel
Bringing nearly 30 years’ experience as in-house counsel to some of the largest financial institutions in the United States, Rasul M. Raheem understands what senior executives need from their legal counsel. Focusing on cybersecurity, business transactions, regulatory and banking law, Rasul helps clients develop and manage cybersecurity risk mitigation strategies, finance and lending relationships, develop restructuring and recovery strategies, and resolve issues related to reputational risk, treasury services, bank policy, and credit.
Rasul has a number of published appellate decisions to his credit, and he is a member of several professional organizations. He also has experience managing outside counsel, related litigation, and legal spend with law firms across the country.
