Beth Peng Lyden
Senior Attorney
Beth Peng Lyden is a Corporate Finance attorney within the Business Services Department at Dykema’s Chicago office. Beth represents institutional lenders and borrowers in connection to various commercial and real estate finance transactions. Her experience includes representing commercial banks in all aspects of negotiating, documenting and closing of term loans, revolving credit loans, and mortgage loans to commercial borrowers, including not-for-profit and religious corporations.
Prior to joining Dykema, Beth was an associate with a boutique commercial and real estate finance firm in Armonk, New York. During law school, Beth served as an intern for the New York State Department of Financial Services and for the New York State Attorney General's Office.
