Brody G. Hinds is an associate in Dykema's Dallas office. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and corporate finance matters. Brody regularly advises Dental Service Organizations, practice groups, individual dentists, and other healthcare providers with all aspects of business ownership. He has experience drafting purchase agreements, company agreements, escrow agreements, and conducting due diligence reviews. Brody finds it rewarding to work closely with clients in order to help them achieve their goals.
Brody graduated with distinction from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and served as Executive Editor for the American Indian Law Review. His law review comment was selected for publication and received the Law Review’s designation as “Outstanding Comment.”
While in law school, Brody served as a member of the Board of Advocates and was named a Dean’s Leadership Fellow. Prior to joining Dykema, Brody gained valuable experience working in the chambers of the Honorable Justice Noma D. Gurich of the Supreme Court of Oklahoma.
