Hak Stepanyan’s practice focuses on financial services litigation. Mr. Stepanyan has extensive experience defending a wide range of individual and class actions brought against banks, mortgage servicers, credit card issuers and other financial service providers under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act and California's Consumer Credit Reporting Agencies Act, Homeowner Bill of Rights and Unfair Competition Law, as well as related claims in federal and state courts. Mr. Stepanyan also has significant experience in commercial litigation.

Mr. Stepanyan graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Philosophy from University of California, San Diego and obtained his J.D. from UCLA School of Law.
