Lindsay is a commercial litigator who advises clients with matters related to business and commercial litigation, including all stages of pretrial and trial work in state and federal court. Lindsay has experience representing companies in complex litigation matters in the energy, utilities and natural resources sectors, personal injury and product defects, and contract and business tort claims. She also represents insurance companies in coverage disputes and high-exposure bad faith cases arising from catastrophic weather events. 

Prior to joining Dykema, Lindsay served as Briefing Attorney to the Honorable Justice Rebecca Simmons and the Honorable Justice Patricia O. Alvarez, Fourth Court of Appeals. Lindsay earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. magna cum laude from Texas Tech University School of Law, where she was Managing Editor of the Texas Tech Law Review.
