Milo R. Madole is a real estate associate in Dykema’s Detroit, Michigan office. His practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, with a particular focus on leasing, lending and purchase and sale transactions. Milo is also experienced in the area of leasing disputes and eminent domain issues. Specifically, his experience includes:

  • Represented national real estate firm in acquisition and financing of multiple office and industrial properties in Michigan and across the Midwest.
  • Represented Detroit-based developers in the financing of Detroit development and re-development projects.
  • Represented multiple national real estate firms in the drafting and negotiation of retail and office leases in Michigan and Illinois.
  • Represented Detroit-based social impact lender in financing multiple catalytic Detroit projects, including acquisitions, refinancing and construction loan transactions.
  • Represented an international bank in multiple multi-million dollar acquisition, refinancing and construction loan transactions.
  • Represented the nation’s largest provider of wireless infrastructure in the negotiation and drafting of dozens of leases, lease amendments, easement and fee acquisitions for telecommunications sites throughout the United States.
  • Advised a national retail chain in multiple leasing conflicts regarding maintenance, payment disputes and early lease terminations.
  • Advised and assisted in drafting a successful motion for summary judgment for the nation’s largest independent electricity transmission company in a right-of-way easement dispute involving claimed damages to plaintiff’s tree farm.
  • Assisted the nation’s largest independent electricity transmission company in the acquisition of easements for right-of-way over dozens of parcels of land, in multiple counties in Michigan, utilizing the eminent domain process.
