Morgan L. Smith is Dykema's Professional Development Director. Her duties include the design, implementation and evaluation of the Firm's attorney training and professional development programs.
Ms. Smith also manages Dykema's Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program and works closely with Dykema's Professional Personnel Member to align the Firm's professional personnel efforts with the needs of the Firm's department directors and practice group leaders. In addition, she works with the Office of General Counsel on compliance and risk management matters.

- Over 20 years experience in professional development, recruiting and diversity administration and management in law firms.
- Member of NALP since 1994, has served on many committees and has held multiple leadership positions.
