Nicholas J. Winters is a Senior Counsel in the Real Estate Practice Group. He represents both landlords and tenants in the leasing of commercial, industrial and retail space. Mr. Winters' experience includes the following:
- Represented multiple landlord and developer clients in the negotiation and drafting of leases for office and retail spaces.
- Represented a national telecommunications infrastructure provider in the negotiation and drafting of leases and lease amendments for telecommunications sites throughout the United States.
- Represented an international tier 1 auto suppliers in the negotiation and drafting of build-to-suit leases in the metropolitan Detroit area.
- Represented a national retailer in the negotiation and drafting of leases for multiple locations throughout the United States.
Prior to joining Dykema, Mr. Winters served as an Associate with Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC where he worked with clients in transactional real estate matters with an emphasis on commercial real estate acquisition and disposition for the development of shopping centers.
