Steven E. Grob Senior Counsel

Steven E. Grob's practice focuses on federal and state tax law, including tax planning for corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, estate planning, IRS audits, federal and state tax litigation, and general corporate and real estate matters. His clients range from publicly held corporations to closely-held businesses and their owners. He is a Certified Public Accountant (Michigan). Mr. Grob is the former Leader of the Firm's Tax Practice Group.
