Susan L. Ruddy is an attorney in the Chicago office of Dykema. Susan focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions including real estate lending, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions.
She represents institutional lenders in lending transactions, including construction loans and term loans. In addition to commercial lending, Susan has handled transactions involving office, retail and industrial lease transactions for landlords and tenants.
