Thi Hoang Ho
Senior Attorney
Thi is a Senior Attorney in Dykema's Los Angeles office where she advises and advocates for clients in a range of business disputes, ranging from real estate to intellectual property.
She has represented clients in federal and state courts in California and New York. Thi also has significant experience handling arbitrations involving cross-border disputes and has appeared before arbitral tribunals under AAA, ICC, and UNCITRAL rules.
Thi's substantive experience spans a variety of disciplines, including construction, real estate, intellectual property, financial services litigation, antitrust, and adversary proceedings in bankruptcy. She also handles challenges to visa processing times and USCIS decisions pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act.
Thi's pro bono experience has included the release of a lawful permanent resident detained by ICE, and the representation of a client in contested divorce proceedings.
