Timothy D. Kelly is a member of the Business Litigation Practice Group in Dykema's Minneapolis, Minnesota office. Mr. Kelly's practice focuses on commercial litigation, arbitration, and resolution of business disputes.

Prior to joining Dykema, Mr. Kelly managed his own firm for twenty-five years. Immediately after law school, he clerked for U.S. District Court Judge Philip Neville, in the District of Minnesota, and then served a judicial clerkship with Warren E. Burger, Chief Justice of the United States.

Mr. Kelly served in the U. S. Army Infantry from 1968-1970, attaining the rank of First Lieutenant, with tours in both Cambodia and Vietnam.
