Current Reports on Form 8-K

For years, the Corporate Finance and Securities Practice Groups at Dykema have prepared and circulated a chart that summarizes the disclosure requirements under Form 8-K. Originally developed in 2006 and updated several times since—most recently, in October 2011—this chart serves as a useful guide to the latest disclosure requirements for public companies in their investor communications, and provides a comprehensive listing of the most recent changes.
