The conference will provide an analysis of the tradeoff between “financial inclusion” as a development strategy and “financial integrity” as a goal of prudential regulation and law enforcement in light of the 2012 Financial Action Task Force revised International Standards on Combating Money Laundering and the Financing of Terrorism & Proliferation.
