Data Privacy and GDPR: Where are We Headed?, Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel Insuring 2021 Virtual Insurance Industry Institute

Sean Griffin, Washington, D.C.-based member in Dykema’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group, is participating in the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel’s (FDCC) Insuring 2021 Virtual Insurance Industry Institute. Griffin’s session, “Data Privacy and GDPR: Where are We Headed?,” will take place on November 6, 2020.

In the panel discussion, members will walk the audience through the recent decisions involving GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other state privacy laws, as well as recent legislation that is percolating.
