Whether you are an experienced contractor who is very familiar with the Service Contract Act, Davis-Bacon Act, Executive Order 11246 and other statutes, regulations and orders that govern your work as a federal contractor or a subcontractor performing only one piece of a larger project for the federal government who isn’t familiar with any of these requirements, you need to be aware of recent developments that impact your employer-employee relationship and current and future eligibility to perform such work.
