Shifting Tides: International Regulatory and Dispute Risks in a Changing World

Dykema Litigation Institute Webinars

2.22.23 — 2.22.23 1:00 PM — 2:00 PM

In 2022, the world largely exited the COVID-19 pandemic – and entered a period of other pronounced risks, which promptly led to historic changes in the global trade regulatory environment and deep shifts in international business dispute risk exposures in litigation and arbitration. Even more change, and continuing elevated risks, appear to be on the horizon for 2023. This program will provide an overview of the international risk picture that businesses face as we begin 2023, and offer guidance to help businesses anticipate this year’s developing regulatory compliance challenges – particularly including sanctions and export control compliance – and manage newly-arising sorts of cross-border business dispute hazards.
