Tom Alleman Quoted in Business Insurance Article on Cyber Policy Language

Thomas B. Alleman, Dallas-based member in Dykema’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group and Director of the firm’s Insurance Industry Group, was quoted in the Business Insurance story, “Cyber Policies Start to Show Their Limitations.”

In the article, which warns against accepting boilerplate policies for cyber risks, Alleman comments that insurance forms are rapidly evolving to meet cyber security needs.
