Dykema Co-Sponsors “Trial by Media: What O.J. Simpson, Casey Anthony, Heidi Fleiss and Enron Can Teach Us”

Dykema, in concert with Berkeley Research Group, is conducting a one-hour presentation—“Trial by Media: What O.J. Simpson, Casey Anthony, Heidi Fleiss and Enron Can Teach Us”—in three Texas cities the week of September 30, 2013. Guest speaker will be Richard Gabriel, one of the preeminent trial consultants in the U.S. Gabriel is President of Decision Analysis, Inc., a national trial consulting firm, and President of the American Society of Trial Consultants Foundation.

This presentation, arranged through Dykema’s White Collar Criminal Defense and Internal Investigations Practice Group, should be of interest not only to litigators—both in-house and outside counsel—but to other legal practitioners and senior corporate executives.

The presentation will address the many issues (legal, business, strategic, communications) that accompany high profile cases eliciting extraordinary levels of media attention.
