Jeff Gifford and John Pray III Co-Author M&A Article for CFO Magazine

San Antonio-based attorneys Jeff Gifford and John Pray III, both in Dykema’s Corporate Finance Practice Group, co-authored the article, “Is It Time to Pull the M&A Trigger?,” for CFO Magazine.

The article points out that waning enthusiasm for deals suggests that would-be dealmakers might be best off jumping into the market sooner than later. Gifford and Pray III go on to discuss rising interest rates, normalizing valuations, economic concerns and aging business owners.
