Jonathan Kama, Jr.

Associate


Jonathan Kama is an associate who focuses his practice on tort and complex commercial litigation matters. He has experience counseling clients and litigating a broad range of matters involving product liability, premises liability, automobile negligence, breach of warranty, breach of contract, civil fraud, creditors’ rights, and commercial disputes in various state and federal courts. Jonathan has represented clients in all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigation through discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal.

Jonathan also maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on criminal appeals. While in law school, he served as an articles editor of the Michigan Business & Entrepreneurial Law Review. Prior to joining Dykema, Jonathan interned for the Honorable George Caram Steeh in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
