Mia P. Jiganti
Risk Management Director
As Dykema's Risk Management Director, Mia Jiganti is responsible for directing and managing new business intake and conflicts processes to ensure that new clients and matters are opened in compliance with ethics and legal opinions, as well as the Firm's strategic and financial goals.
Mia is also responsible for managing the docket department and performs other risk management duties. She works closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel to develop, implement and enforce new business intake, conflict and other risk management policies. In addition, she supervises the Conflicts Manager and other conflicts and docket personnel.
