Priscila Mosqueda is a litigator whose practice encompasses a variety of complex commercial disputes. Whether she is defending a client or prosecuting claims on their behalf, Priscila believes that client services are of paramount importance. Her experience includes complex breach of contract cases, including construction disputes, as well as class actions, products liability defense and first-party insurance defense.

Priscila has represented both large companies and family-owned businesses in a wide array of litigation scenarios. Her ability to identify risks and analyze exposure enables Priscila to be an effective adviser that clients trust to protect their interests. Priscila’s analytical and written advocacy skills have been instrumental in achieving successful outcomes for clients across a variety of industries.

Priscila is also a native Spanish speaker and is uniquely positioned to assist businesses with international operations, as many of her clients have learned firsthand.

Priscila graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 2019. While in law school, Priscila interned at the Center for Women in Law and was actively involved in the Chicano/Hispanic Law Students' Association. She clerked for the Honorable Andrew Austin in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas and was a member of the Calvert Inn of Courts.
