Brian's practice focuses on commercial real estate and finance transactions, with more recent emphasis on financings, acquisitions and dispositions, national real estate needs of manufacturing concerns, construction, commercial leasing (including build to suit and credit tenant leases), historic building preservation, workouts and restructurings, and project syndications.

A Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (where he serves as an officer of the Bankruptcy and Creditors Rights Committee), Brian has also regularly been recognized by Chambers USA, The Best Lawyers in America, and SuperLawyers.
