Dykema is proud to announce that David Vanderhider was selected to participate in Leadership San Antonio Class 46. Vanderhider is one of 58 class members representing a diverse group of individuals from wide-ranging industries and backgrounds. He and his fellow classmates will be welcomed during a reception on Dec. 9, 2021.
Leadership San Antonio was created in 1975 by The San Antonio Chamber of Commerce to help identify and develop community leaders and is now considered the premier program for existing and emerging leaders in Bexar County and surrounding areas. The program, one of the first of its kind in Texas, has graduated more than 2000 participants and focuses on delivering these leaders an opportunity to develop an understanding of the promise and challenges of our community.
Vanderhider focuses his practice on business litigation and arbitrations related primarily to construction, real estate, energy, products liability, and other complex business disputes typically involving contracts and business management. In addition to representing manufacturers and distributors in products liability cases, he also has extensive experience drafting and negotiating various contracts, lien notices, lien affidavits, lien releases, performance bond claims, and payment bond claims for clients acting as an owner, general contractor, subcontractor, architect and engineer in both public and private construction projects.
