Dominique Douglas Accepted for Participation in National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges Next Generation Program

Dykema is proud to announce that Dominique Douglas was accepted to participate in the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judge’s (NCBJ) annual Next Generation Program.

According to the NCBJ, program participants can be nominated by law firms, government agencies, and bankruptcy judges. Qualifications for participants include: 3-10 years of experience practicing law, devoting at least 50 percent of his/her practice to bankruptcy cases, demonstrating legal excellence, displaying a serious commitment to principles of civility, ethics, and professionalism, and demonstrating a commitment to the continued educational development of bankruptcy professionals and to professional activities that will benefit the public, members of the bar and the court system.

Douglas focuses her practice on business services and bankruptcy matters. She advises clients on a range of business and financial matters, including debt restructuring, insolvency, and commercial transactions.
