Dykema Advises Anthem Partners on Multi-State Funeral and Cemetery Transactions

Dykema congratulates Anthem Partners, a leading operator in the funeral and cemetery industry, on a series of strategic acquisitions and divestitures across the U.S. Over the last five years, Dykema has guided Anthem through its initial platform acquisition, which helped lay the groundwork for additional transactions and the expansion of its operations across multiple states.

In 2025, Anthem refined its business strategy by divesting certain assets and underperforming locations to focus on core funeral home and cremation operations. Throughout these transactions, Dykema provided strategic guidance on regulatory, operational, and succession-planning considerations, drawing on extensive experience with multi-state transactions and family-owned businesses.
