Dykema Chosen as Co-Counsel to Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in Ample, Inc. Chapter 11 Bankruptcy

Dykema has been selected as co-counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the jointly administered Chapter 11 bankruptcies of Ample, Inc. and Ample Texas EV, LLC. The Debtors develop and provide modular electric vehicle (EV) battery swapping technology, featuring autonomous stations that quickly swap depleted batteries for charged ones in minutes, aiming to make EV adoption as convenient as gas-powered cars for fleets and consumers by removing range anxiety and long charging times.
