Dykema Chosen as Counsel to Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in Alliance Farm and Ranch, LLC Chapter 11 Bankruptcy

Dykema has been selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of Alliance Energy Partners, LLC, a Texas-based provider of specialized support services for the oil and gas drilling industry. Since its selection, Dykema and the Committee have successfully secured the appointment of a Chapter 11 trustee, worked with the trustee to monetize assets, and filed a joint plan of liquidation with the trustee.
