April Booth is known for her proactive approach to recruiting, commitment to developing colleagues, and ability to coordinate complex initiatives across departments. Drawing on nearly 13 years of experience across four roles at Dykema, she anticipates challenges and manages candidate communications, interview logistics, and onboarding with precision. Her collaborative leadership helps the firm meet demanding hiring timelines while supporting new associates as they begin their careers.
