Dykema Ranked as a Top 100 Law Firm in The American Lawyer's 2023 Diversity Scorecard

Dykema, a leading national law firm, is proud to announce that it is ranked as a Top 100 U.S. firm for diversity in The American Lawyer’s 2023 “Diversity Scorecard” report. With a total score of 90.84, Dykema ranks 100th out of all Am Law 200 and National Law Journal 250 law firms, improving its rank by a total of 14 spots since 2019.

According to the publication, the nation's largest law firms continue to make progress in achieving greater diversity. This year, rather than looking at overall numbers and partner headcounts, the scorecard took into account the number of equity partners; percentages of leadership across offices, practice groups, and the executive committee; and the percentage of partner hires, departures, and promotions that were diverse. "The changed methodology over the past two years is meant to reflect how entrenched and sustained law firms' diversity efforts are by tracking how diverse those positions of power are within the firms.
