Dykema Rebrands to Reflect a Client Focus

Dykema proudly announces the launch of a complete rebrand that includes a new visual identity, a new website, and a new approach to communications. The rebrand allows the firm to better relay to the marketplace all that makes Dykema a leading law firm.

A discovery process involving clients, attorneys, recruiters, and third-party researchers helped the firm to identify the authentic qualities and value for which it is known. Several major themes arose, but the nexus of these themes all centered on the firm’s client-focused approach.

“Clients and others told us that Dykema has a unique combination of strengths that together form our client focus,” said Linda Moss, Chief Business Development & Marketing Officer. “These strengths include our ability to see issues through a business lens, deliver pragmatic solutions, build collaborative relationships, and provide value in its many forms, for example. These findings laid the foundation for our messaging.”

The strong, client-focused approach also draws together like-minded attorneys, laterals, and staff, many of whom shared what it is like to be part of the firm in the careers section of the new website.

The firm logo was also re-imagined to better represent Dykema. “Our new logo is vibrant, strong, and contemporary—much like our firm,” said Tony Marion, Director of Marketing Operations. “The green square in the lead position figuratively indicates that everything we do at Dykema begins with a client focus.”

Dykema’s new website was also designed with a client focus. The design makes it highly readable and easy to navigate. Colorful imagery and call-outs highlight relevant content. The site is full of proof points backing up the brand through success stories, quotes, experience lists, infographics, and more.

“We are all so proud to be a part of Dykema’s culture and client service approach for which we are known. Now we have a way to effectively tell our story to those who don’t know us… yet,” said Moss.
