Dykema, a leading national law firm, is proud to share that the Diversity and Flexibility Alliance has recognized the firm with a 2023 “Tipping the Scales” award for having a diverse partner class consisting of 50 percent or more women. Dykema is one of only 78 firms to receive this honor in 2023.

Dykema was selected by the Diversity and Flexibility Alliance after compiling and analyzing the results of its 2023 New Partner Report, a compilation of public data related to the gender breakdown of attorneys promoted to partner in U.S. and global law firms.

“I’m optimistic about the overall upward momentum of the percentage of women in new partner classes in the U.S. and globally,” said Manar Morales, President & CEO of the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance. “Once again this year, I’m immensely proud of the Alliance member firms who consistently prioritize flexibility, wellbeing, engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and achieve higher percentages of women partners.”
