Dykema Recognized on BTI's 2023 Client Service A-Team

Dykema has been included on the BTI's 2023 Client Service A-Team "Up & Comers" list in the BTI Client Service A-Team: Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance 2023. This annual report—prepared by BTI Consulting Group, a strategic research company that works with professional services firms worldwide evaluates individual law firm performance as seen through the eyes of the client.

According to BTI, "The BTI Client Service A-Team is the only law firm ranking based solely on direct, unprompted feedback with more than 350 corporate counsel." Additionally, leading corporate counsel named Dykema as a standout in at least one of the "17 activities clients value most, consider most important, and have the most influence on hiring and rate decisions in driving superior client relationships," and "Dykema's client service performance earns it a coveted place in the BTI Client Service A-Team 2023 - beating the majority of all other law firms."
