Dykema’s Dallas Office Adds Corporate Oil and Gas Attorney Megan R. Knell
Dykema, a leading national law firm, today announced the addition of Megan Knell as a Member in the firm’s Corporate Finance practice and Energy industry groups resident in its Dallas office. She joins Dykema after practicing at Harris, Finley & Bogle, P.C.
Knell has more than 10 years of experience advising clients in oil and gas transactional matters. She represents exploration and production (E&P) companies, mineral buyers, and mineral owners in acquisitions and dispositions of upstream oil and gas assets, negotiating joint development arrangements, resolution of royalty/revenue payment disputes and title issues, and the negotiation of various other agreements related to the exploration and production of oil and gas.
Knell, who is Board-Certified in Oil, Gas, and Mineral Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, is active in professional and industry organizations. She is a Board Member of ADAM Energy Fort Worth and a Member of the Women’s Energy Network; the Oil, Gas, and Energy Resources Section of the State Bar of Texas; and the Energy Section of the Tarrant County Bar.

Knell earned a J.D. from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law and a B.A. from Texas A&M University.
