Emily Reed Selected for North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce Leadership Lab Class of 2024

Dykema is proud to announce that Emily Reed has been accepted into the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce Leadership Lab Class of 2024. 

Leadership Lab is the North Chamber’s award-winning and innovative approach to leadership development and workforce preparedness targeted to San Antonio’s up-and-coming business leaders from the corporate, non-profit, and small business environments. The nine-month training program is based on the most current thinking, research, and best practices in leadership development focusing on five core elements including professional performance, leadership, management, community service, and self-awareness.

Reed focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and corporate governance matters. She uses her knowledge and experience to help clients achieve their business goals and support clients in any stage of their business life cycle. 

Reed assists clients on both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions and works with clients across a wide range of industries, including food and beverage, healthcare, banking, SaaS, manufacturing, and investment management. Additionally, she has experience in private securities and investment transactions. Rees has assisted both investors seeking to buy into a private company, as well as private companies offering investment opportunities to employees and other third-party investors.
