Jennifer Fraser Included in World Trademark Review (WTR) Global Leaders 2026

Dykema, a leading national law firm, announced today that Jennifer Fraser has been included in the World Trademark Review (WTR) Global Leaders 2026 listing.

According to WTR, Global Leaders brings together leading law firm and corporate trademark professionals from around the world and draws on the organization’s WTR 1000 and WTR 300 research to identify the “best of the best” in trademark practice.

Fraser was recognized in the WTR Global Leaders: Private Practice section for the United States: DC Metro Area, where she was one of only 27 practitioners selected. Earlier this year, Fraser also earned individual recognition in the World Trademark Review 1000 2026, receiving a Gold ranking for prosecution and strategy and a Silver ranking for enforcement and litigation.

Fraser serves as Leader of Dykema’s Trademark Practice Group. A widely respected intellectual property practitioner, she represents clients across numerous industries, including chemical, industrial, consumer products, financial, cybersecurity, software, and medical. She works with clients and partners around the globe to manage trademark portfolios and protect intellectual property interests in the United States and abroad.

Drawing on her prior experience as an examining attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Fraser helps clients navigate trademark prosecution, enforcement, and litigation matters. She also advises on copyright prosecution, counseling, and litigation and drafts agreements designed to strengthen intellectual property rights and resolve disputes.
